The property is set within a perfect landscaped garden with a lawn incorporating a 20m long heated pool with comfortable pool houses with lounge and dining area and plenty of comfortable outdoor living space. There is also a shaded large summer lounge outside of the kitchen to enjoy coffee or a relaxed lunch among friends.
On the garden level, the entrance hall with a guests cloakroom with WC. The large living room of 150 m2 with fireplace and TV room shares an open plan with the dining room and the modern fully equipped kitchen. Nearby there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle
