The ground floor consists of an entry hall and a bathroom, a huge living room with fireplace, TV Satellite, DVD, I pod Docking station, CD Player, A/C, and a dining room with dining table for 10 people.There is also a large open and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, ice maker, dish washer, oven, professional cooker, micro-wave, wine cupboard, mixer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee machine.  All rooms are opening onto the terrace, the pool and the fantastic ocean view.

On the first floor are 3 double bedrooms all equipped with bathrooms and a superb sea view. The master bedroom has also a fire place and balcony with lounge chairs.

On the lower floor there is a small Tv room, two more bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower and WC  (one bedroom with a huge patio with an olive tree) ( the other bedroom has no window) and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron station.

Outside space is equally beautiful and consists of a heated infinity pool and a huge heated jacuzzi. The pool house is equipped with a barbecue, sun beds, shower and WC and the huge wooden table sets free the most wonderful view on the ocean and the Islands du Levant & Port Cros.
