Large Italian ”Tenuta” Santa Andrea is set in a lovely position in the hills within a kilometre of the villages of Segromigno Monte and Piaggiori and 10 kilometres from the historic town of Lucca.
The Tenuta is divided into two separate wings, each self-contained but interconnecting ideal for two families holidaying together.
Tenuta Santa Andrea has been carefully restored with full air conditioning, decorated in a classic Tuscan style, with 10 bedrooms accommodating up to 20 guests.
A large gravelled terrace runs the length of the villa, perfect
for al fresco dining and on the lower garden level down numerous steps is the
large pool 14m x 6m with sun lounger and parasols with surrounded by lawn area.
In addition is a covered area with a secluded, covered gym offering a small selection
of exercise equipment.
The region provides plenty of interesting place to visit from Villa Mansi
Segromigno just 1.5km, to the nearby lively town of Luca 10 km with narrow
cobbled streets, stunning medieval architecture and old ramparts, it is ideal
for walking, cycling and one will find plenty of restaurants and shops.
Other towns in the region are within easy reach including Pisa, Montecatini and Florence. For easy access to Florence and to avoid the difficulty of parking in the city itself, it is just a short drive to Lucca's train station and a train journey of about an hour will take you right into the heart of Florence.

Food shopping: if your customers don’t like to go to grocery shop we can do it for them. With a food list in the evening and the morning after they will find what requested. (€ 50,00 each time).
Lunch/Dinner: There is a large choice of menus starting from the simplest ones up to gala dinner for special events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays etc.
Tastings: La Tenuta can organise special tasting lunch/dinner about wine, olive oil, cheese and cold cuts (sausages, hams, salamis etc … ) with sommeliers and professionals.
Classical music events: thanks to the wonderful acoustic in our private church building and gazebo we are able to organize private lyric concerts with opera singers indoors and outdoors.
Special events : La Tenuta is able to satisfy all guest’s desires. We can provide not only settings but also musicians, deejays, bands, bartenders and off course various kinds of catering services. For special events, an extra fee for Villa Dani ground is required.
Weddings: In our villa it is possible to celebrate civil wedding and the Villa manger is able to provide to the guests all the services they may need to make this day unforgettable:
