Casa Ana is a wonderful and charming villa located just 7 minutes walking distance from the beach of Praia da Oura and Praia dos Bicos. Villa Praia is built in a high point, on a prime location with stunning views over the ocean, this is the perfect place for family or friends holidays.

This splendid villa is located in an area of total tranquility but a short distance from bustling nightlife (restaurants and bars) of Albufeira.

On the ground floor there are 2 twins bedrooms sharing a bathroom with bath (these 2 bedrooms can be linked). One of the bedrooms has a TV and a DVD player. Each bedroom can accommodate 4 children.

A wooden staircase leads you to the first-floor. Here you find the master bedroom with en-suite large shower bathroom opening to a large terrace with breath-taking views over the ocean. This bedroom has TV and DVD player.

There is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath. Another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and at last one double bedroom that is accessed by a wooden corridor at open air and opens to the large terrace, the same as the master bedroom. This bedroom also had an en-suite bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor there is the large living room, all made of glass with fantastic views over the lush gardens.

In the middle of the villa there is an open garden area, with flower vases, a kind of winter garden, that brings even more light to the living room.

In one of the corners there is a TV area with TV and DVD player, as well as a fireplace. For the card game lovers there is a corner with a card game table.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an American style fridge and a breakfast area that opens to the inside garden. 

On the ground floor there as well, a guest WC.

On the second floor there is a big terrace with lovely ocean views and a small office

On the lower level, you will find a garage with parking space for two vehicles and a small games room with a pool table.Here there is as well a small guest bathroom with shower and washing machine.In the garden the villa opens a beautiful garden with a pool area and the sea in front. You can take a dip in the pool 10m x 6 meters surrounded with sun lounges or one can relax in the Jacuzzi.

There is a covered BBQ area with dining table, a bread oven and a guest WC.
