Outdoors, you’ll enjoy a heated swimming pool, a panoramic terrace, a pétanque court, a gas barbecue and four private parking spaces. This elegant Côte d’Azur retreat combines privacy, refinement and accessibility.

 

The living area blends contemporary design with high-end materials, featuring a refined lounge where sofas, graphic rugs and sleek coffee tables harmonise gracefully. Floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the terrace, flooding the interior with Mediterranean light. The kitchen, centred around a quartz island and equipped with Gaggenau appliances (cooktop, steam oven, American fridge), is complemented by a practical pantry. The adjacent dining area, set for ten guests, enjoys panoramic views over the pool. A discreet multimedia corner with an HD screen and premium sound system ensures convivial movie nights.

 

The south-facing wooden terrace is furnished with sun loungers, modular benches and cushions in natural tones for moments of relaxation overlooking the horizon.The heated 15m × 6m pool, fitted with a counter-current system, invites both relaxation and exercise. Under a pergola draped with Virginia creeper, an outdoor dining area with a professional gas barbecue allows alfresco dinners and barbecues until sunset. A well-maintained pétanque court adds a touch of Provençal conviviality. Finally, four private parking spaces guarantee secure, convenient access to the property.

 

Set on Chemine de la Belle Isnarde, this villa is a 15-minute walk from the village of Saint-Tropez, with its luxury boutiques, art galleries and Michelin-starred restaurants. A five-minute drive brings you to the iconic Pampelonne beaches and their trendy beach clubs. The Old Port, with its yachts and typical cafés, is easily reached by car or along a scenic pedestrian path. The Beauvallon and Saint-Tropez Gassin golf courses lie within ten kilometres, as do numerous coastal hiking trails.


Once a traditional fishing village, Saint-Tropez is now one of the most glamorous destinations of the Côte d’Azur and welcomes visitors from across the world with exclusive beach clubs, glitzy boutiques and fine dining restaurants. As you wander around its marina lined with huge yachts contrasting colourful fishermen’s houses overlooking the bay. The old quarter is a warren of winding lanes with French designer boutiques, picturesque cafes and restaurants whilst Place des Lices hosts a vibrant Provençal market on a Tuesday and Saturday morning and of course worth a visit 17th century citadel and maritime museum.

Boat trips are another superb way to tour this part of the coast and passenger ferries cross the bay.

Just south of the town, follow Brigitte Bardot’s footsteps as you visit one of Plage de Pampelonne’s exclusive beach clubs, the most famous being Le Club 55 (always book well in advance). Stretching over 5km, Pampelonne’s long sandy beach is also loved for its vast range of summer water sports including jet-skiing, windsurfing and paddle boarding.

On the hillside overlooking Plage de Pampelonne, Ramatuelle has attracted artists and writers over the years and is full of charm – look out for performances during its theatre and jazz festivals in the summer months. Meanwhile, hilltop Gassin is classified as one of France’s 'Plus Beaux Villages’ whilst flower-filled Grimaud is such a pretty medieval village with yet more stunning views of the coast.
