Villa Beauvallon is a fantastic “chic” villa for families or group of friends to enjoy a luxurious stay close to St Tropez providing ample communal space but with a touch of privacy too, Villa Beauvallon is an ideal base for exploring this remarkable region. The inspired decor, creates a “Provencal chic” with 600m² of living space and 3250m² of grounds accommodating up to 13 guests
The villa is beautiful furnishings, with air-conditioning, large open plan living room with ample sofas, fire place and large doors leading to the covered terrace with alfresco seating and dinning area for, a formal dinning room, a mezzanine level above the living room with sofa and billiard table and library. A fully equipped modern kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor with access to the garden and 4 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor
Outside, there is a heated swimming pool 9m x 5 m, several covered seating areas and an al fresco dining terrace, what a better way to spend the day, several games such as mini football table & pinball . An outdoor kitchen with BBQ and bar and
a Petanque court .

Distance sea view over the bay of St Trope and the Beauvallon golf course club offers tennis court, beach, sailing club, golf club.
There is easy access to all amenities such as, Golf and a Tennis club. Beaches are found within 10 to 15 minutes drive, the famous Pampelone Beach with Club 55 and many more beaches and restaurants.
There are many charming villages in the area such as Ramatuelle and on the hills Plan de la Tour and La Garde Freinet where you will find restaurants and weekly markets, the most famous being the Tuesday & Saturday market in St. Tropez.
There are many activities in the area such as sailing, wind surfing, water skiing, horse riding, hiking and go-karting, fun fairs for young children and many other events take place during the summer months, even Polo matches.
The large supermarket “Geant” is only 4.5 km away.
St Tropez only 15 to 20 minutes away one can enjoy the famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place lots on offer from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags.
If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”
If you just want to stay and enjoy the villa with its pool drinking a glass of rose wine…… or stroll to the beach spot all the famous yachts in the bay.. What perfect place to have a holiday !!!
