Casale Greta is a beautiful country house located near Crespina, and is surrounded by woods, olive groves and wheat hills. The old manor house dates back to 1800 and the current owners have recovered and renovated it preserving the original structure especially in the part of the ground floor which is characterised by large areas with vaulted ceilings and the old manger has been transformed into a living room. The large French windows allow the natural entrance of the light, giving the property a warm and familiar atmosphere. The barn is made of two floors.

The property is surrounded by three hectares of land planted with olive trees and a beautiful flat garden, ideal for the kid’s entertainment, where the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi are inserted. Villa Greta is situated at short distance from the international airports of Pisa and Florence.

Given its location, it is a strategic position that allows guests to visit many historical towns such as Pisa, Florence, Volterra, Lucca, Siena, all reachable by car. Very interesting also, the possibility, during the summer season, of pleasant days to spend along the nearby beaches of the nearby Versilia. It is an ideal location for small

weddings.

Internally the property measures about 350 sqm and it is set on two floors. It opens on am antique portico and an entrance leads on the dining room and the living room. The kitchen is equipped with fireplace (possibility to use it only in low season). Also, on this floor there is a twin bedroom (not join able beds) an en-suite bathroom with shower. An antique stone staircase leads to the first floor which is composed by a kitchenette with fireplace (possibility to use it only in low season only) and a study room. On this floor there is three double bedroom & one twin bedroom not joinable beds and two bathrooms with shower.

The outdoor area covers an area of about 5000 square metres, consisting of garden with lawn while the entrance to the property is characterised by the presence of cypress trees. Various structures dotted around where guests can relax render the garden more comfortable and welcoming. The remaining 2,5 hectares consist of olive trees.

The rectangular-shaped swimming pool, just a few metres from the house on the same level, measures 14 x 6 m with a depth from 1.50 m to 2,20 m. The pool is lined in white PVC, with chlorine purification and entrance with roman steps. The solarium area is in travertine and the furnishings consist of tables and chairs, deckchairs, sun beds and umbrellas. There is a cold-water shower and the pool
