Situated in the Var, on the outskirts of the medieval town of Lorgues, and 45 km north of the fashionable resorts of St.Tropez and Ste Maxime

Villa Panoramic is located 2 kilometres of the medieval town of Lorgues with all its bars restaurants and shops and only 45 km south to the fashionable resorts of St.Tropez and Ste Maxime.

It is tastefully decorated with three bedrooms & two bathrooms with a panoramic view, accommodate up to 6 guests. The exteriors are conducive to serenity, a pretty terrace, a superb 10m x 4.5m swimming pool facing the completely unobstructed views.

Upon entering the villa via a lobby there is a large living room with TV, sofas, with open fireplace and French doors to the terrace with magical panoramic views, a dinning room area leading to a modern kitchen with all modern appliances. There is a laundry room to the back of the kitchen. From the kitchen, a door leads to a large enclose covered summer dinning room with barbecue with access to the garden and pool area

There are 3 bedrooms, two bedroom with King size beds sharing a bathroom on the first floor and the Master bedroom with super King size bed with a shower room on the ground floor

Outside there is a large terrace with seating area and pergola and a few steps down a swimming pool 10 x 4.5 and depth of 1.90m with salt water. Amazing panoramic views towards the Massif the Maures.

There are many other stunning towns and villages in the vicinity such as Cotignac, Salernes, Villecroze and Tourtour (know as the “village in the sky” with its breath-taking views), Entrecasteaux with its marvellous Chateau and gardens. The Abbey de Thoronet is a 12^th century Cistercian monastery worth a visit about 15 minutes away.

The Gorge de Verdon is within 40/60 minutes drive north with its breath-taking gorge is one of the most spectacular sites in Europe, and has fantastic opportunities for the adventurer with activities includes hiking, mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, kayaking and white water rafting. To the south with easy reach fashionable resort of St.Tropez with its magnificent beaches or Ste Maxime with excellent beaches and also water park, and to the west there is Aix en Provence and to the east Cannes / Nice and Monaco

There are numerous wine domains to visit in the region famous for its Rose wine and two 18-hole golf courses, St. Endréol and Barbaroux within 30 minutes drive
