The Bastide is nestled in the heart of a landscaped park of 1.8 hectares with a beautiful large garden, a rose garden with pergola, large swimming pool with pool house, including an olive grove.. The villa is located near Grasse, Valbonne, Cannes and Antibes.
The Bastide, whose interiors have been completely renovated, retains a Provençal charm and a warm atmosphere. The ground floor comprises a spacious entrance which opens onto a shaded patio, a living room with fireplace, a dining room with fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden. A small service corridor with a guest toilet completes this floor.
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, a TV room and a library equipped with two trundle beds which constitute the 2 additional beds available to accommodate 17 people. The second floor houses four bedrooms, with a shared WC for bedrooms 4, 5 and 6 located in the hallway. All rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort and the house is equipped with Internet, television (Netflix), washing machine and dryer.
The Guest house, located 40 meters from the Bastide, includes a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen and 2 double bedrooms. It also has a shower room with double sink and separate toilet.
The exteriors of the Bastide are very attractive. A landscaped park of 1.8 hectares is home to numerous terraces in terraces, shaded dining areas and a magnificent rose garden in an arbor. The land also includes a hundred olive trees and a real pétanque/boule court with a view of the sea, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. The large swimming pool with its pool house, its bathroom and its summer kitchen offers a refreshing space to relax and entertain.
Located near the villages of Valbonne and Grasse, La Bastide is only 30 minutes from the beaches of Cannes and Antibes. The Canal de la Siagne, ideal for walking or jogging, passes below the property, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The region is rich in activities, with many golf courses, tennis clubs, museums, distilleries and Provençal markets to discover. For hiking and cycling enthusiasts, the hinterland behind Grasse offers magnificent panoramas, while the ski resorts of Auron and Isola 2000 are only an hour and a half away.
