Mas Bellile offers 400sqm of living accommodation with 6 spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. The property also offers a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, an office space and a piano. A spacious fully equipped open kitchen extends the living room, as well as a TV lounge at the other end.

Mas Bellile can accommodate up to 13 guests, ideal for holidays with friends or family.

There is air conditioning throughout the house, and the large traditional terrace outside enjoys the shade of tall plane trees. 


Outside 3 hectares of well-tended gardens with lawn fringed by ancient trees providing privacy, with a 12 x 5 m pool and wonderful the surrounding landscape which is simply stunning, there are plenty of hiking trails available from the house leading to the famous Alpilles hills There is ample parking and the village of Saint Rémy, cafes and restaurants as well as Roman ruins are all within a 20-minute walk from the property.

Set within an expanse of well-tended gardens fringed by ancient trees Mas Bellile offers a spectacular view. This renovated farmhouse exudes both historical wealth and modern amenities.

 

St Remy-de-Provence just over 3 kilometres is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

 

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.

The swimming pool area has just been renovated and now offers a comfortable pool house in a large private estate planted with olive trees and lavender fields.
