Dating back to the beginning of the 15th century, San Pietro di Castello has been completely refurbished, in a very contemporary style, by its current owners. In addition to the stunning views, it offers to its guests both historical treasures, in its architectural structure, as well as all modern amenities, including a private elevator. San Pietro di Castello presents possibilities for a culturally filled and reinvigorating retreat in one of the most sought-after Italian cities. There are three Vaporetto (public water buses) stops nearby, a very convenient way to move around Venice and its islands.

 

On the ground floor main entrance from the square and a spacious, well equipped kitchen, featuring stainless steel fixtures and commercial grade appliances, perfect for the amateur chefs in your group.

On the first floor there is a comfortable and spacious reading room with TV, bookcases and with two windows facing the water.
Exceptionally large sitting room, including dining area, comfortably seating up to 20 guests, that opens onto a large furnished shaded terrace for al fresco soirées. Second kitchen to serve the indoor and outdoor dining tables. There are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

The upper floor there is a loft space (low clearance is some areas) with four sofa-beds, ideal for teenagers is the third small kitchen with counter eating space. Stairs leading to roof terrace.

 

The outside 11 steps from the upper floor lead to a 150 sq ft roof terrace, perfect for enjoying the amazing views of Venice, while relaxing with dinner or drinks. Waterfront deck, large terrace for al fresco dining, small garden.
