All bedrooms and living areas boast a careful selection of fine furniture and heirloom antiques. Maximum privacy is guaranteed at all times thanks to the 7-acre manicured park with its mature trees surrounding the property and to the gated access road leading to an ample underground private garage. The private panoramic rectangular swimming pool and lounging area furnished with chaise longues enjoy a privileged spot on the estate and are ideal for taking in the Lake’s fantastic scenery and sunsets. The villa is provided with a full and professionally trained staff to ensure a memorable stay in the romantic Lake Como.

The villa is true state-of-the art, magnificently decorated with frescoes and has been luxuriously furnished down to the finest Italian linens and antiques from the owner’s collection. Villa Serena boasts a 1900 Blutner Grand piano in the living room. The property offers deluxe service and full staff including butler service. A flood-lit landscaped park, about 2,000 sq. ft., surrounds the estate. 1,000 feet of exclusive lake shoreline including a private dock with two courtesy small boats at guests’ disposal. Villa Serena shares the estate with Villa Maria. Guests have the option of renting the entire estate including the two villas.

OUTDOOR FEATURES:
Villa Serena is located down a quarter-mile long gated road guarded by a quaint old gatehouse, in the midst of seven acres of luxuriant gardens and woods. The property, as well as its private heated swimming pool (12m x 3m), enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of Lake Como. From the property park, you can exit through a private gate and enter the nearest village, with its charming square on the harbour, 17th-century church and the village’s garden with its lovely pergola.

The area of Lake Como is abundant in picturesque towns with narrow cobbled streets, breathtaking views, and lovely homes and gardens, best visited from late spring to early fall. Take a stroll through the city of Como to enjoy its history and architecture, then hop on the ferry and head north to visit other towns on the lakeshore.
However, there is more to do in this area than traditional sightseeing. Visitors can book a flight over the lake by seaplane or take the funicular (hillside trolley) to Brunate and enjoy spectacular views from above. Extreme sports enthusiasts can enjoy paragliding off of Mount Nuvolone. Small and large groups alike can book boat tours with our concierge to enjoy the lake from the water, having fun spotting properties owned by the rich and famous (Donatella Versace, Madonna, and George Clooney, among others).
For the more adventurous, Lake Como also offers water-skiing, wind surfing, and wake boarding. Bikers will surely enjoy the natural trails that lead to the mountains or even hidden pebbled beaches. Go for a round of golf or tennis at one of the many locations across the lake region. Lake Como has something for everyone! With fashion-capital Milan just 45 minutes away, it's no wonder that Lake Como also offers excellent designer shopping.

Momi - Excellent fresh local food served on a romantic and panoramic terrace. Memorable experience if you are there at sunset! You can arrive also by boat and access the restaurant from the water via private dock. Ask the locals for directions because the place it is a little hard to find.
