This modern architecturally designed house of 200 metres is set in very peaceful and private surroundings and located in the very heart of Pampelonne vineyards, off the well-known route des Plages. This is just a short distance to Moorea Beach Club, a short drive to the village of Ramatuelle and vibrant St Tropez.

The interior of the house is very tastefully decorated in a contemporary and modern style. The living room is open plan with kitchen and dining area and opens out on to a terrace with outdoor sitting and dining. The roof can be open or closed depending on the weather and gives a great indoor-outdoor feeling. There is air-conditioning throughout.
