This majestic 5 bedroom 4 bathroom Ibiza villa is set high above the sea, and the views over the sparkling waters of the bay of Sol den Serra are unrivalled, taking your breath away every time and just a short distance from the pretty seaside town of Santa Eulalia and Cala Llonga with all their amenities.

The house is an artful blend of typical Ibicencan architecture, combined with modern day comforts to make you feel absolutely at home in this stunning location. With three bedrooms in the main house and two separate guest apartments the house is an ideal Ibiza villa rental for families or larger groups wishing for a degree of privacy.

 

Outside the house has a large kidney shaped swimming pool surrounded with comfortable loungers and shaded areas for hot summer days. A circular stone outdoor dining table with built in BBQ offers the perfect spot for a summer soiree. The gardens are full of lemon and orange trees, and fragrant plants, carefully tended and maintained.

Again – we have to mention the view, the flat sparkling waters of the bay certainly make this one of our most inviting Ibiza villas, and the sunrise is a sight which will stay with you forever. Steps lead down to the sea from the pool area, should you fancy an early morning swim, although it is a steep walk so not recommended for young children.

 

The interior of the Villa consist of living areas which are furnished to a very high standard, with the central point being a large dining table which looks out across the bay. The floor to ceiling windows flood the room with natural daylight and can be opened up to give a feeling of outdoor living in the summer months.

The living room has two separate seating areas, one with an open fireplace, and inviting sofas – a perfect spot to sit and relax after a busy day. The other seating area has a large flat screen TV surrounded by a huge corner sofa, with satellite TV and high speed Wi Fi should you wish to catch up with the ‘real world’.

The furnishings have been carefully chosen to afford a great level of comfort and style, with luxurious fittings and tasteful artwork throughout. The antique wooden doors add to the overall ambience.

The kitchen is integrated into the open plan living area so is a great space to cook, entertain and prepare meals. Fully equipped with all modern appliances and crockery and cutlery for the group.

One of the most unique features of this villa in Ibiza is the games room. Set above the two guest apartments it boasts a full size pool table, and warm red corner sofa, a great spot for teenagers to hang out, or grown ups too! The room has a large flat screen TV with sky and a state of the art sound system, and its own bathroom.

The villa accommodates 10 guests with 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms in the main house and away from the main house, with their own private sun terrace – the two guest apartments are ideal for those seeking a little privacy. The two rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms, storage space and double beds. Opening the doors onto your private terrace and taking in the spectacular view is something you will never tire of doing

Bedroom 3: Double bedroom( Master suite) King size 180cm bed set away from the other rooms, this is an idyllic room, with a huge en-suite bathroom, featuring a free standing bath, walk in shower and beautiful restored stone walls and stone double washbasins. The bedroom benefits from a walk in wardrobe and again a breath-taking sea view.
