been renovated with great taste. Keeping the Provençal charm, the farmhouse is
dressed with noble materials of the region and dressed with signed furniture.
The place is magical, nature lovers will
not be outdone, the manicured garden and its peach fields offers a tranquil
strolls throughout the Park, or one can relax around the pool area with view of the Alpilles hills;
The view of the park is superb two
magnificent plane trees in the foreground, a lavender field in the middle of
which flows a small stream and in the background, a field of olive trees. A
nice patio at the back of the house will allow you to enjoy the freshness of
the morning.
The Mas consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace, under-floor cooling system TV and an office desk and comfortable sofas and with large windows opening to the garden with its two magnificent plane trees
A spacious fully equipped modern kitchen with American fridge/freezer and wine cooler and dinning area that extends into the living room. A separate laundry room
The bedrooms, one on the ground floor,
the parental suite of approximately 50m2 has its own terrace, its office, its
bathroom and its large cupboard.
On the first floor there is a family bedroom
area with two bedrooms which share a large bathroom.
Three other rooms, all of different
decoration each have a en-suite bathroom and offers a nice view of the Alpilles
hills.
Pool Annex there is a small independent
apartment offers a spacious bedroom and a bathroom.
The Mas set in park of 5 hectares manicured
grounds offer as much activity or seclusion as you desire, the owner has chosen
to plant 3 hectares of peach trees as well as scented with lavender and with
cypress and olive trees.
A long and beautiful heated and secure
swimming pool 16m x 6m) and its pool house area with summer kitchen invites you
to swim and relax under the Provencal sun with dramatic views of the Alpilles
region.
There are bicycles and Ping-Pong are
available to guests.
St Remy-de-Provence just over 2 kilometres is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.
The landscape in this region is
particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop
villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves.
This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les
Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France,
Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in
a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and
further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild
horses.
