Villa Mat is located near Pampelonne beach in a quiet peaceful area but with in 3 km easy drive to St Tropez.The villa fully air conditioned with 5 comfortable bedrooms and 2 small rooms 6 bathrooms, large terrace, pool house and a heated pool 15m x 8 m.

Villa Mat offers spacious and bright living spaces, including a living room, a dining room and a fully equipped independent kitchen. The interior decoration is a mix of modern and vintage touches, with carefully selected French furniture and Provençal decorative objects. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs with international channels, and air conditioning in bedrooms.

The villa has seven bedrooms accommodating up to 13 guests, including two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in dressing. The other bedrooms are distributed between the ground floor and the first floor and include double bedrooms, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bedroom with three single beds. The bedrooms offer a peaceful setting and are equipped with air conditioning and some with television.

Villa Mat's private and manicured gardens surround the property, providing plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. You can relax on the shaded terraces, have a family meal under a pergola or relax by the heated 15m x 8m swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by teak decking and sun loungers and is fitted with an electric roller shutter to ensure safety.

The 30m2 stone pool house is a real asset, offering additional space to relax with a bar, lounge,  barbecue & shower room and separate WC. Sports enthusiasts can take advantage of the pétanque/boule court and the ping-pong table. The villa also has outdoor parking and an electric gate at the entrance of the property.

What a perfect place! Close to the Pamelone beach with its beach restaurants yet only a few minutes drive to St Tropez

If you want action then St Tropez is the place .The famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place lots on offer from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags.

If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”
