Mas Carloto is a stunning domain on the outskirts of Saint Remy de Provence just 2 kilometres to the paved streets with its boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants.

This exceptional villa is a "jewel" with heated pool, tennis court, lovely view of the Alpilles hills, comfort, privacy, calm and luxury, what else can one ask to spend one summer holidays.

A spacious and luminous living room leads off from the ground floor entrance hall, adjacent to the open plan fully equipped kitchen with French windows giving onto the terrace.

There are 4 en-suite bedrooms in the main house and Annex accommodating up to 8 guests, upstairs, there are four stylish en suites bedrooms. The master occupies it’s own private wing. The fifth & sixth bedrooms is in a separate annex with a kitchenette and living room, accommodating 4 guests (ideal 2 adults and two young children in bunk beds)  It is perfect for those wanting a little more privacy or those bringing with young children.

 

Mas Carloto is a delightful Provence villa. expansive manicured grounds offer as much activity or seclusion as you desire. The vast gardens are scented with lavender and bedecked with cypress and olive trees. Surrounding you are dramatic views of the Alpilles region. Besides the heated swimming pool there’s a floodlit tennis court and an al fresco dining terrace that serves perfectly for meals en famille or cocktails a deux at sunset.


St Remy-de-Provence just over two kilometres is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
