This villa is located between Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo and is ideally situated for many excellent restaurants and shops in and around Santa Gertrudis such as Bambudda Grove, Aura, Macao and Ocho all within a few minutes drive. The airport is only 20 minutes away and Ibiza Town only 15 minutes.

This property boasts a beautiful mature garden featuring a large swimming pool, huge terrace area and Bali style chill out pavilion. There is also a floodlit tennis court on site, shared with a neighbouring villa.

There are two lounge areas - one modern and equipped with a large wall mounted plasma TV with satellite, the other is a traditional style area with a ‘finca’ fireplace and chimney. The dining area is spacious and there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and laundry room. The whole house benefits from full air-conditioning and under floor heating, there is surround sound inside & poolside and an office area with wireless internet access and a printer.

The villa has the benefit of maid service for two hours each morning and she will undertake general duties such as tidying up, loading & unloading dishwasher, bed making, floor mopping and vacuuming and removing the refuse etc.

There are 4 beautifully designed and furnished double bedrooms  – 3 have double King size beds and one has twin beds, all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
