A perfect family villa within a short drive of Pollensa and the old town for shops, restaurants and beaches. There are impressive mountain views from the well maintained gardens.

This is an appealing stone villa, in a secluded part of Mallorca not far from Pollensa.

Villa Xanet accommodation is all on one level making this a perfect family bolt hole. Beamed ceilings and tiled floors give a sense of the charm and history of the property, whilst air conditioning, Wi-Fi and modern appliances bring a sense of the modern.

Nearby Pollenca is conveniently close at hand. Having avoided the excesses of tourism on the island, this is a place where one can wander the streets and find a nice café, to visit the Sunday market in the Placa Major and later to journey to the port where there is a glorious beach and numerous restaurants and cafes.

If you stay at the end of July (into early August) look forward to one of the main fiestas “La Patrona”with its mock battles between Christians and invading Moors.
