Living area with access to garden and terrace, TV with Laser cable channels including Sky, DVD player and music system with IPod dock. Dining area with seating for 10 and French door access to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 2: Twin/double bedroom, walk in dressing, en-suite bathroom, TV and French doors to garden.

First floor:
Bedroom 3: Twin/double bedroom, chaise longue, TV, walk in dressing, en-suite bathroom, balcony. There is a separate interconnecting room to this bedroom, with a sofa bed and terrace.

Lower level:
