Villa The Spot enjoys a unique situation with commanding sea views towards Cap Camarat and Cap Taillat in the heart of nature, and just a 5 to 10-minutes’ drive from the Pampelonne beaches, Ramatuelle and St Tropez.
The villa fully air conditioned with 8 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. A large living room composed of a living room, a TV lounge, and a dining area with its separate kitchen, opens on to the terrace facing the sea
Outside terraces around the Villa with sitting and dining area with panoramic sea views, and a large, heated swimming pool 11 x 5.50 with Pool house with summer kitchen with icemaker, refrigerator, shower and WC, Pergola terrace with dining area, comfy seating area and a bar, inviting you to relax under the pines and contemplated the immensity of the sea.
Access to the coast is by steps and then the coastal path.
What a place! not many places like this on with commanding views, this is amazing villa, you have the heated pool and plenty of area to relax or just minutes away the most famous beach restaurants in the region, such as Club 55 and many others
Watching the sun go down drinking a glass of rose wine…… What a way to finish the day!!!!
If you want action, then St Tropez is the place. The famous Place de Lices is where the Saturday and Tuesday market takes place lots on offer from fruit and vegetables to cashmere and handbags.
If you feel like sitting down after all the shopping, go and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”
