Built using traditional eco-friendly techniques, this modern villa with overflow pool provides a peaceful setting for a family holiday in the Comporta area of Portugal, in close contact with the splendid natural surrounding.

The design of this luxury villa is contemporary and the interiors are tastefully decorated with all rooms opening onto the garden which encompasses pines and cork oaks, in an area near Comporta, known for its beautiful beaches.

The home sleeps up to eight guests across five bedrooms and has five bathrooms too. Every room and bedroom opens out onto the gorgeous garden, allowing the Comporta sunshine to flood in and dance across the furniture. This design choice also allows a fresh breeze to cool the house during the hot weather - another example of the eco element of the home.

A high ceiling living room with plenty of comfy seats offers the perfect place to relax and unwind during your Portuguese villa holiday. A considered colour scheme of neutral tones is complemented by wicker furnishings and splashes of bright colour with the intriguing art. Enjoy views out to the charming meadow garden, inviting the outdoors in.

The Comporta region located within the Sado Estuary Nature Reserve where the Sado river meets the ocean, has long been a favourite holiday resort of Portugal’s oldest families and has slowly also become known and loved by the international set, including a number of designers such as Christian Louboutin, due mainly to its simple charm and magical landscapes of rice fields and pine forests, thatched cottages and long un-spoilt golden sandy beaches.     

There are a number of basic cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and small shops selling freshly caught fish and locally produced vegetables in the vicinity and within walking distance! Praia do Pego beach at 9 km Praia do Carvalhal beach 9 km, Carvalhal Village 8 km and Comporta with a few trendy shops, restaurants and basic services at 14 km.
