For the security of the occupants of the villa a video surveillance system is installed with 3 cameras: 1 in the kitchen - 1 in the entrance hall - 1 in the garden by the pool. The images are not archived. At the client's request, the cameras in the hall and garden can be disconnected.
Only duly registered persons will have access to the villa. A person who is not a resident of the villa will not have access to the villa without the agreement of the owner.

Exceptionally, the owner may accept additional persons at an additional cost per day and per person.

Any non-resident visitor must be authorised by the owner and must have lunch or dinner at the villa or pay a pool fee.
The compulsory tourist tax and any extras must be paid on site in cash at least 48 hours before departure
