This fabulous luxurious villa benefits from direct access to the sea at La Plage du Vergeron and is situated at a short distance to Gigaro’s beachfront restaurants.  Pampelonne’s famous beaches and trendy St Tropez are 15 minutes’ drive away. 

From the entrance hall, leads to an impressive spacious bright and airy living room comfortable and tastefully furnished with lovely stone floors and beamed ceiling, there is ample seating several large sofas, flat screen TV and an open fireplace. Large arched patio doors leads to a covered terrace with comfy seating.

On the lower level (pool level) external access only there are two further double bedrooms with king size beds with en-suite bathroom and shower room, both rooms have French doors to the garden.
