Mas Baussiers is a wonderful house in Luberon near Saint Martin de Castillon, 8 bedrooms, heated pool, wonderful Provence views from the pool and terraces.

This 17th century, 500 square meter, former silk work farm with an 8000 square meter private garden is the perfect retreat for friend and family getaways in the heart of Provence with a dominant view over the valley of the Parc du Luberon, facing the Moure Nègre.

The house is roomy and inviting with uninterrupted views of Grand Luberon mountain range from the terrace, poolside and the gardens.

The location is near perfect with the famous perched villages of Bonnieux, Gordes, Lacoste, Roussillon and Menerbes all within 20 – 30 km range.

There are 8 bedrooms in this 3-story house is configured in such a way that even large groups have privacy and feel at home.

Spacious, indoor common areas include a stylish, living room, which comfortably seats 11 and opens to a fully-equipped modern kitchen with farmhouse table, a dining room, and a large TV room with 6-meter L-shaped couch and smart TV equipped with Netflix and DVD player. There is a strong Wi-Fi signal in the house for those who can’t unplug.
Seven large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with WC, washbasin & shower & a dormitory with bunk beds for eight children with its own bathroom with two showers, WC & double washbasins, is a hit with the youngest guests.

The rental rate includes sheets, towels, a mid-week and final cleaning, a welcome pack and the 'meet & greet', other services like babysitting, cook, other housekeeping and bike rentals can be arranged upon request.

Located only 5 minutes/3 km from the hilltop village of Saint Martin de Castillon where you can find a restaurant, a weekly farmers market and small supermarket / convenience store, which can deliver bread and pastries to the house daily.

Several other nearby villages within a 10-minute drive, like Caseneuve, Viens and Cereste, and the town of Apt have butchers, fruit and vegetable shops, bakeries and restaurants. Apt, 15 minutes from the Mas is also home to several large supermarkets
