Sublime 5 en-suite bedroom villa ideally located in Santa Eulalia with direct access to the beach, private swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, Hammam, small fitness room, garden and Cinema room.

In a wonderful location with direct access to the beach, Idillya is a modern, comfortable house on a cliff with lovely views of the sea and along the coast. It is one of the exclusive villas built in the wild and protected area between the beach of Praia da Oura and Santa Eulalia. It is very close to villa Rikana, although independent and private however they can be rented together. 
It has recently been completely refurbished and now offers five good bedrooms with air conditioning throughout, private pool, wireless internet, gym, sauna, Turkish bath and home cinema.

The popular area of Santa Eulalia with bars and restaurants is very close (easy walking distance) but the villa is generally quiet as it is up a steep slope from the beach.

The villa is on two floors, entrance is to the upper floor, and the lower floor leads out to the pool and terraces.

You will enter in the living room through a wide entrance hall. There is the open-plan fully equipped kitchen with its large dining table. The kitchen is new and modern, open plan with a large breakfast bar and granite worktops. It is excellently equipped with electric cooker, hob and microwave, American fridge/freezer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The dining area with large table and 10 chairs is adjacent. There is a second simpler kitchen on the pool level.

The sitting room seats 12 on modern and comfortable light-coloured furniture, leading out to a large terrace and with fantastic views of the sea and coast. There is a separate home cinema room with DVD and surround sound.

There are 2 double rooms and 3 twins on the ground floor (pool level), all with bathroom en suite.

The gym room has cycle machine, treadmill, sauna and Turkish bath/Hammam.

Outdoors are terraces from which to enjoy the spectacular views. On the living room level is a wide terrace and separate dining table with built-in charcoal barbecue. The pool is small at about 5m x 3m approx and kidney-shaped with a ladder for access and a Jacuzzi and can be heated. The garden has lawn, flowers and shrubs, and a steep path leads down to the beach. Due to they layout of the garden, small children should be supervised at all times in the outdoor areas. Whilst the garden is not large, the superb location and views make up for that.  The hot water system is solar. There is an alarm and electric gate. You can also enjoy the outdoor built-in Jacuzzi.

The location of the villa is generally quiet, with many activities in the surrounding area, local shopping is about 500m away, as are several restaurants, and you can play tennis at a nearby hotel, also a few minutes walk. Albufeira is about 2km and golf is all around, several courses within a twenty minutes drive. Villa Idillya is just a short walk from Santa Eulália with its variety of restaurants and shops.
