With its stone walls and numerous olive trees surrounding it, this beautiful 330m2 villa, which was completely renovated and refurnished in 2022. Restored with quality materials and furniture, it has air conditioning in all rooms. You will appreciate its equipment, its large spaces, as well as its careful and charming decoration.
Its ground floor is composed of an entrance, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful dining room and a nice living room with fireplace and TV. This level also includes 3 beautiful bedrooms, as well as a space with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and plenty of storage space.
On the first floor you will discover the very large master bedroom and its private terrace from which you can admire a beautiful view of the Luberon. From this bedroom, you will have access to a baby's bedroom and to another bedroom with a TV lounge for the children.
The property also offers a pretty outbuilding located in the garden next to the pool house. It has a beautiful independent bedroom with private bathroom.
You can enjoy the sunny garden and the beautiful swimming pool 9 x 4 meters. The pool, which is secured by an electric curtain, is heated from April until the October.

Odessa is ideally located to visit the region surrounded by some of the most stunning villages in the Luberon such as Cabrières d'Avignon with an excellent restaurant with an enclosed garden, “Le Vieux Bistrot”, which was famously mentioned by author Peter Mayle. There is a bakery, a renowned butcher and a small grocer’s, where you can even find some UK and US newspapers (visit them early, there are only a few copies of each) There are several good restaurants within 2/3 km from the Mas
In nearby Coustellet there is an excellent market for fruits, vegetables, flowers, wine etc. on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Coustellet also has a Supermarket and numerous small shops.
Gordes, Bonnieux, Menerbes, Fontaines de Vaucluse, also the pretty village of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its canals, narrow streets and antiques market all within 15 to 20 km, it is a must to visit.
For a change of pace, the wonderfully vibrant and historic town of Avignon, with its magnificent Palais du Papes, is one of the architectural wonders of France is just 30 kilometres away and would make an ideal day trip.
