The house consists of a pool level and a completely separate garden level.
On the pool level, guests will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with dining area, access to the pool area and open kitchen. From the living room it is possible to enjoy a beautiful view over the pool to the sea. There is also a shaded terrace right next to the open kitchen, perfect for a leisurely breakfast.
On the garden level are two more bedrooms each with its own large bathroom, a conservatory with a spacious living area, an open kitchen and a cosy TV corner. The garden level forms a completely self-sufficient unit that offers enough space and privacy for a whole family.
This property, which extends over 2000 square metres, is not visible to the neighbours. So guests can enjoy their privacy undisturbed.
Visitors can appreciate the terraces, the garden and the pool/grill house with fully equipped kitchen, covered dining area and gas barbecue. This area is the perfect place to end the day with a meal and to sit and enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding hills until late at night.

St Tropez nightlife is really close at hand and so are the legendary beach clubs of Pampelonne and sandy beaches offering all sorts of water sports facilities.
