Lovely villa with outstanding views of the bay of Porto-Vecchio in the South of Corsica, consisting of 5 bedrooms, swimming pool, teak terraces and magnificent views.

Perched at the top of a private gated residence, Villa Carpa is characterised by extraordinary views of the bay of Porto-Vecchio, from Bavella to the beaches of U Benedettu, Cala Rossa and the Gulf of St Cyprien.  The villa is built on 3 levels and widely opens towards exterior areas through sliding windows overlooking large terraces.

The living room is central and bathed in light by a multi-panelled bay window with a full view of the sea and direct access to the pool. A large kitchen opens onto a particularly pleasant dining area and enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool.

The master bedroom with A/C, super King size 200m bed with en-suite bathroom, and a second double bedroom with A/C, Queen size bed 160cm, bathroom outside the bedroom, are on the same level as the living room. On the upper level there are 2 other bedrooms both with A/ , Queen size 160cm each with  private bathroom. On the lower  ground floor an independent bedroom with A/C and Queen size 160cm, is equipped with a kitchenette and a large bathroom.

Outside, multiple teak terraces allow you to circulate easily and to enjoy the swimming pool. A terrace with dining area and seating area has stunning views across the bay, the other sheltered terrace overlooks the pool and features a dining area and grill as well as coffee tables and sofas. Sun loungers are available. The swimming pool 10m x 5m is not fenced but offers child security by alarm system.

This beautiful villa is a perfect holiday home for an intimate stay with family or friends. The house is located at the top of a private road within a gated residence of 19 private houses.
