 A contemporary villa directly facing the sea in the private estate of Marine de Davia near Ile Rousse, private pool, short walk to a sandy beach, 4 to 6 bedrooms for max. 8 guests. 

The villa has an area of 260m² plus a garage for two cars. It includes a very large living room/dining room of 120m², a kitchen, 3 large terraces (barbecue) and swimming pool with a protected alarm and a barrier, if requested. Besides the outdoor terraces and pool, the house includes a large roof terrace with 360° views of the sea and the mountains. Walk for a few minutes and you can reach a very nice sandy beach.

The house has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms each with their own bathroom with separate WC accommodating 12 guests

The 5 bedrooms are equipped with two beds 90cm x 200cm that can be joined to form a double bed or remain as twins beds. The smaller room has a bed of 160cm x 200cm.
