The Villa consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms & bathrooms in the main house and an additional small double bed in the Dovecot/Pool house accessible by a ladder ideal for teenagers.

 

Mediterranean essences, cypresses, plane trees, oleanders, lavender or olive trees, all planted in the heart of this carefully maintained Provençal garden. 

Ideal place to stroll to the sound of cicadas, enjoying the magnificent view, sitting on the bench in one of the summer lounges, or even to enjoy a summer lunch under the shaded terrace

After a game of pétanque/boule court, you can enjoy an aperitif on the terrace on the edge of the huge heated swimming pool 15m x 4m, set in the middle of the garden... Ideal for relaxing and enjoying the holidays under the Provençal sun.

There is ample parking and a carport.


St Remy-de-Provence just 4 kilometres from the villa which is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

 

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.

Daily day shift opening of the pool shutter, straightening of the terraces, collection of dead leaves and flowers, removal of garbage bags

The maintenance of the exteriors and the swimming pool is provided by the owners

Refundable Security deposit 3 500 € to be paid with the final rental instalment

Local Tourist Tax “Tax de Séjour“ approx. €5.80 per person per day for over 18 years old please enquire to be paid locally in cash or pre arranged when booking
