Villa des Pres is in a quiet location just  2 kilometres from the typical Provençal village of Eyragues.

You go down one level to arrive in the majestic living room whose multiple touches of colour give the place a friendly and warm atmosphere. The large open fireplace on 4 sides sits in the centre of the room, which, thanks to its cathedral ceiling, gives a feeling of grandeur and space. The piano placed simply, in front of the huge bay window is like an invitation to enjoy the magical moment.

As an extension of this space, you will discover with real pleasure this patio filled with greenery. This space is a reissue of the small interior garden, the many trees that live there seem to have found the luminous haven of peace they needed. The wicker furniture is an invitation to relax, which can also be savoured while taking advantage of the Jacuzzi.

The sleeping area is located in the extension of this bucolic place which establishes a clever separation between the house and the intimacy of the rooms.

 

This house will allow you to enjoy nature and light, inside and out.

The large grassed area that borders the house immerses you directly in what nature has most beautiful to share. Small groves, century-old trees, olive trees, palm trees, give the cicadas plenty of space to express themselves.

The swimming pool of 10.5m x 6m, depth of 1m10 to 2m, 3 steps, chlorine filtration, secured by an alarm is located in a separate space, in the shade of the umbrella pines and with its ultra modern pool house completes the atypical side of this place. Yet another new space to unwind and relax!  Ample parking 

 

St Remy-de-Provence just 7 kilometres from the villa which is a charming classical little town, capital of the kilometres with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

 

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.
