The kitchen, including a wine cellar and a large central island, is a beautiful living room, pleasant and bright, it also offers a breathtaking view of the park and the garden with the swimming pool.
It opens onto the dining room, which makes the space very convivial. A large table offers the possibility of receiving up to 12 guests. The living room is also spacious with two large sofas, an open fireplace for winter evenings and a TV with an audio system for movie nights.
The pool is heated and filled with salt water, its size is 17m x 5m and it has a depth of 1.45m. 8 sun-beds are installed around the pool deck for your greatest comfort. Further on you will find a nice lawn to lie down, sunbathe or read a book.
A magnificent lounge area with a brazier, a marble bar with sink, fridge and dishwasher for aperitifs in the garden extending to the swimming pool.
