The Mas des Terres Rouges is a magnificent estate in the heart of the Alpilles surrounded by vast fields of olive trees  it is a real gem.

This beautiful property completely renovated with luxurious materials is at the cutting edge of technology, home automation, heated swimming pool, air conditioning, gym, double living room, music sound system throughout the house. You will reside in a heavenly setting. The 6 double bedrooms, 2 of which are independent, offering a breathtaking view of the Alpilles natural park. This property is indeed the highest house in Maussane. On sunny days, you can even see the top of Sainte Victoire (Aix en Provence)n in the distance. The Domaine is located 6 minutes by car from the village of Maussane-les-Alpilles and only 5 minutes from the superb Golf des Servanes and Golf de Manville. Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is a 15-minute drive away. The whole house offers a spectacular view of the Alpilles nature reserve.

The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, the owners have applied themselves to finding unique pieces that will make this house exceptional, such as doors coming straight from India.

The kitchen, including a wine cellar and a large central island, is a beautiful living room, pleasant and bright, it also offers a breathtaking view of the park and the garden with the swimming pool.

It opens onto the dining room, which makes the space very convivial. A large table offers the possibility of receiving up to 12 guests. The living room is also spacious with two large sofas, an open fireplace for winter evenings and a TV with an audio system for movie nights.

The pool is heated and filled with salt water, its size is 17m x 5m and it has a depth of 1.45m. 8 sun-beds are installed around the pool deck for your greatest comfort. Further on you will find a nice lawn to lie down, sunbathe or read a book.

A magnificent lounge area with a brazier, a marble bar with sink, fridge and dishwasher for aperitifs in the garden extending to the swimming pool.

The outdoor dining room is placed under an arbor with a magnificent vine trellis for sunny days, or dinners with friends or family.

For more entertainment, you will also benefit from a pétanque/boules court, a gym or many hiking trails starting from the house and you will discover the trails of the Provençal region.
