Description

Located in the hills above Pampelonne beach, a short distance from Nikki Beach, Colline de L’Oumede is nestled between an organic vineyard and oak woods. Designed by local architect Guillec, it is built in Provençal style and has been sympathetically updated over the years so that it feels light and airy.

 

The villa is very spacious with six bedrooms, six bathrooms
with an additional two bedrooms on request , outside several private areas, making it ideal for groups. There are several terraces for relaxing, dining and cocktails in the evening and the garden is filled with beautiful trees including olive, pencil cypress and fig trees.

Large heated swimming pool 12m x 6m
 with pool house & a barbecue, and for the more energetic guests a petanque/boules court, table tennis. Electric gates with ample parking

The sea view includes the lighthouse over Cap Camarat. Colline de L’Oumede is completely private but is only a five minutes drive to Saint Tropez and two minutes to Pampelonne beach with all it’s beach clubs.

 

The Villa on the ground floor consist of entrance hall leading to a large sitting room with fireplace & & TV room. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. All the rooms have large French doors opening onto the terrace. There is a guest cloakroom with WC

 

Two bedroom wings, one wing there is a double bedroom with twin beds can be made up as double which has French windows onto the courtyard and fountain. It has a terrace shaded by vines and passion fruit. It has an en-suite bath/shower room. Next to it is a double bedroom which can be made up as a  super King or twin bedroom with French windows onto private decked terrace and with views out over the rosemary and lawns towards the neighbouring vineyard. It has an en-suite shower room.

 

In the other wing, there is a double bedroom with a small double bed 150cm wide 

French windows lead out onto a terrace with bougainvillea and views out over roses and lavender. The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower. Next to this bedroom is another twin bedroom or beds can go together as a super king with en-suite shower room. French windows lead onto the lawn, and out over the garden.

On the first floor a spacious master bedroom with King size bed 180cm with views to the hills at the back of the house, and stunning views of the swimming pool, vineyards and sea at the front, with large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower room. There is a large terrace that runs along the front of the house. Twin/double bedroom. Bathroom with shower.

 

On the lower ground floor a large laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryer and ironing equipment.
