In August, it is possible to rent the Villa with another Villa on the estate accommodating up to 26 people.
On the ground floor, visitors will discover a large and comfortable living room, a dining room with a large professional kitchen, a guest WC, a laundry room and a master bedroom with a children's bedroom in its continuity, a bathroom and a separate WC.
On the first floor there is a third bedroom with private bathroom.
Another suite with bathroom is located in the garden and a 5th bedroom with bathroom and independent access adjoins the villa.
Guests will appreciate the large and beautifully landscaped exteriors.
In addition to the terrace and gardens, they can enjoy the villa's charming outdoor swimming pool.
Villa Marsail is located near Gassin and is in the centre of the Saint-Tropez peninsula less than 2 km from the centre of Saint-Tropez, the perched village of Gassin and the beaches of Pampelonne. The villa is also close to a golf course, a polo club, a tennis club and a cycle path that leads to Saint-Tropez in just a few minutes.
It’s not possible to feel bored in this area with St Tropez’s where they are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”. Nightlife sports clubs and medieval towns to explore such as Gassin, Girmaud, and Ramatuelle and best of all, the vineyards of Gassin are all within close proximity to Villa The villa is also close to a golf course, a polo club, a tennis club and a cycle path that leads to Saint-Tropez in just 15 minutes.
