The modern and well equipped kitchen leads onto the beautifully decorated dining /living room which opens onto a large dining terrace where you are able to enjoy the stunning sea view.
The Bastide has a large garden of around 5000m2 which offers plenty of areas to enjoy your holidays or events. The pool area is large and offers a fully equipped pool house with WC, dining area, sofa loungers and sun loungers.The villa also offers a large private tennis court and a pétanque/boule area, plenty of activities to enjoy.
Located close distance to the pretty old village of Mougins with its restaurants & bars and just 7 kilometres from the centre Cannes “La Croisette” and the beach where everyone gathers with plenty of restaurants shops & bars, however if you want to drag yourself away there are plenty of places to visit in the region such as Vence is full of interesting art galleries, craft shops and cafes and restaurants. Nearby St Paul de Vence has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops and is home to renowned restaurant La Colombe d'Or, and other villages such as Grasse the centre of perfumeries, Biot, Antibes, Nice and Monaco and a little further enjoy a taste of Italy too or to the West Grasse and Fayence.
The beaches at Villeneuve Loubet and Cagnes-sur-Mer are a short distance or even venture to Eden Roc for lunch or to the beach club near Antibes.
