Once inside the villa, all eyes are drawn to the stunning double-height sitting room with lavish velvet sofas and a wall of glass offering a superb panoramic views & a staircase leads to the mezzanine above filled with exquisite furnishings with another living area with bar, sofas, TV & a terrace with a fabulous terrace sea views. On the lower ground floor you will also find a fantastic fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including a cooker range and a dining area where you can dine over looking the pool.
The villa has been decorated to the highest standard throughout, in a delightful fusion of modern style with timeless elegance that won’t fail to please.
Also on the ground level are two beautifully presented bedroom suites, both with King-size beds and terrace access, as well as a cloakroom with WC & handbasin and a laundry room with double washing machines & tumble dryers. There is a double garage as well.

Outside, the heavenly infinity heated 12 meter swimming pool seems to merge with the Mediterranean and the bubbling hot tub offers front-row seats to one of the most sublime views to be found anywhere in the Côte d’Azur. Nearby the pool house contains a Hammam, shower, WC and a kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher & with a webber barbecue, you don’t have to travel far for a mid-afternoon refreshment. The immensely private gardens are dotted with elegant palms, olive trees, shady terraces and a boules court and a small lawn with a large fountain and can even be enjoyed after dark by the light of the fire pit.
