The dreamlike property comprises a land of about 31 hectares, of which about 2 hectares are laid out like a wonderful park. In an absolutely quiet location, this property offers absolute privacy in an exceptionally romantic and nature-loving environment.
The village of Plan-de-la-Tour, with daily shopping and numerous restaurants, is about 4 km away. The beaches of Port Grimaud are reachable within 8 km and Sainte Maxime is about a 15-minute drive away, as well as St Tropez just 20 minutes drive
This magnificent property is located in Plan-de-la-Tour with high quality and tastefully furnished living space with 7 bedrooms for up to a maximum of 14 people and has 2 hectares of garden in the heart of 30 hectares.
The architecturally attractively built main house is divided into a spacious living area with a separate TV-rooms as well as a large dining room for up to 12 persons. These rooms are complemented by a total of six double bedrooms each with very nice private bathroom on different levels of the house. In addition, there is a children’s room with four beds and a bathroom, as well as a smaller single room ideal for a teenager. The bedrooms have partial access to private terraces with beautiful views over the countryside and the well-kept and horticultural garden with a pond and various Mediterranean plants. A spacious kitchen is equipped with all desirable comforts and another spacious utility area in the basement also offers additional cooling- and storage facilities.
Numerous terrace areas with corresponding garden furniture are available in different directions and offer beautiful sunny and shady places with changing impressions at all times of the day.
The large pool area 18 x 6 m, salt water, heated with numerous sun loungers is surrounded by gorgeous vegetation and a romantic plant-covered pergola pool house with summer kitchen and lounge seating area is also available.
Furthermore, there is a smaller staff house only with a bedroom and a bathroom on request at extra cost, which is located further from the main house.
In addition to numerous fruit trees with different fruits, there are a few chickens for fresh eggs as well as a small playground and a trampoline for the younger guests.
The rental price also includes the presence of a janitor who is available to guests on site.
Near the charming village Plan de la Tour, with its bustling shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and a colourful weekly market. Ste Maxime, St Tropez, Grimaud, Gassin and Ramatuelle are barely a few kilometres drive from the Bastidon, countless outdoor activities related to sport, shopping, art and culture, not to mention very good products for your love food, it is all to do or discover. Saint-Tropez known worldwide for its glamor and the jet set, its harbour full of yachts, it's night parties, restaurants, and the twice-weekly market.
