Located in the Aix countryside, a stone's throw from the typical village of Puyricard and 10 minutes from the centre of the magnificent city of Aix en Provence 6km, this elegant Provencal Mas built in the heart of a 1 hectare property planted with Mediterranean species delicious smells of Provence guaranteeing a stay full of calm and serenity offers a bonus view of the Sainte Victoire mountain.

Designed with noble and authentic materials, the residence offers bright living rooms, shade and light at all times, pleasant volumes, and noble materials. Its four beautiful independent bedrooms with their bathrooms, allow everyone to preserve their tranquillity.

It extends to the front of the two suites on the ground floor, set back a little, for more privacy. Shaded by a natural pergola which gives it a summery and charming touch, it blends into the decor. You can lounge on a deck chair or read a book in the sun.

You can plan to share breakfast or meal, on a hot day under the patio, or to enjoy the South / West facing terrace covered by an awning.

You may not believe it, but there is something magical about lazing around or sharing a game of cards, an aperitif or another moment of relaxation in the shade... when the sun is at its zenith! From the living room, direct access on the north side invites you to do so.

Aix is the birthplace of Cezanne, and his greatest inspiration was Mont Sainte Victoire, which is clearly seen from this villa near Aix-en-Provence. In 1958, Pablo Picasso, himself inspired by the works of Cezanne, bought the Chateau de Vauvenargues at the foot of Mont Sainte Victoire and this became his resting place upon his death in 1973. The chateau has recently been opened to the public in the summer months
