Newly renovated in 2019, Chalet Alya has a stunning location in the heart of the forest, with wonderful mountain views. Ski-in/ski-out, the chalet is situated on the edge of the slope that leads directly to the Chaudanne and centre of the resort. Set over four levels, the chalet is a fine example of elegance and refinement whilst remaining true to its Alpine roots with plenty of wood and stone throughout.

The interior decoration is sublime natural and refined colures, very elegant furniture and an arrangement that preserves spaces to the maximum and optimal brightness. You will love to curl up in the large sofas facing the magnificent stone fireplace and the view of the mountains.

The entrance hall with ski room is located on the ground floor, along with a laundry room and garage for up to four vehicles as well as the leisure area with a table football, a massage room and a children's dormitory with four beds/playroom, with adjacent bathroom, on the ground floor.

Heading upstairs to the first floor, there is a stylish open plan living and dining area and a kitchen which opens onto a wrap-around south-facing balcony, perfect for al-fresco dining when the weather is fine.

From the living room, you can access the Wellness/ Spa area directly. The seven-metre long pool, equipped with counter-current swimming, will allow you to do some laps after a great day of skiing. In this space, the gigantic bay windows will give you the impression that you are relaxing in the open air, in the surrounding calm.

Five bedrooms make up the chalet, including three double rooms, a master bedroom and a children's room with four beds, on the ground floor which brings the capacity to twelve people. Except for the children's room on the ground floor, each room has a balcony that offers a breathtaking view of the resort of Méribel and the mythical summit Mont Vallon.
