This elegant villa, recently renovated, is surrounded by olive groves, cypress trees, and beautifully manicured gardens where a private swimming pool sparkles in the sun. Only 5 minutes by car to the walls of historical Florence, Villa Fiorentina makes you enjoy exquisite calm while very close to the famous city.

The villa has been fully remodelled and carefully restyled to create an elegant and comfortable ambiance. The modern bright interiors retain the Tuscan characteristics of terra cotta floors and beamed ceilings. The living room with large 48” satellite TV and fireplace opens onto the garden and is adjacent to the formal dining room. A office room and a fully equipped modern kitchen complete this floor. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. There are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms accommodating 10 guests

Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
