Located on a small country road about 1.5 km from the pretty little Provençal village of Eyragues, 6 km from Saint Rémy de Provence, this property benefits from the surrounding calm.

Villa Lavandin is a completely renovated house which will welcome you for your holidays. Bright and pleasant, fully air-conditioned (cooling floor on the ground floor and ducted air conditioning throughout the house), it has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and offers the accommodating 8 with and additional two children.

On the ground floor the villa consist of an entrance hall leading to a living room with fire place sofa, TV with open fitted kitchen, dining area.

There is a bedroom suite opening directly onto the terrace with a double King size bed 180 x 200 cm and private bathroom with bath & walk-in shower with double basins and a WC

On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms, one with King size beds and a private bathroom with shower and another King size bedroom sharing a bathroom with a Twin bedroom

The outdoor spaces are perfectly maintained. Enclosed garden of 1,500 m² with Mediterranean essences have recently been planted, olive trees, emblems of Provence adorn the garden, a century-old plane tree spreads its generous shade, a Virginia creeper runs along a wall and brings greenery to the summer dining room in front of the pool

This elegant heated swimming pool: 8 x 4 m & depth of 1.30 to 1.45 m with 3 steps with a  submerged beach 1 x 4 m, depth approximately 30 cm, perfect for children and a security rolling shutter. The pool is surrounded by a clear paving, on which deckchairs … essential element when you want to sunbathe, take a nap or read a book by the pool.

There is Pool house with summer dining room, pizza oven, sink etc

For the more energetic there is a Ping Pong table. Ample parking

Eyragues is a typical old fashion Provençal village, in which has been preserved. The market takes place every Friday.

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves and formidable area of vineyards. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit

Situated just south of Avignon, you are perfectly positioned between the idyllic villages of Les Alpilles National Park to the south and the lovely city of Avignon to the north.

The local village of Eyragues only 1. 5 km from the Villa is a typical old fashion Provençal village, in which has been preserved and has a market taking place every Friday.

Other villages nearby as Graveson, Chateaurenard are only 3 to 4 kilometres from the Villa again with picturesque old centre, pretty cafes and restaurants, a boulangerie and grocery shop.

To the south is the lively village of St Rémy de Provence just 5 kilometres is a charming classical little town, capital of the Alpilles with all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see. Further south Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Arles, Nîmes, Pont du Gard and Uzès and other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at less than 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses

Avignon to the north with its UNESCO world heritage site, with it’s magnificent Palais du Papes, which is one of the architectural wonders of France is just 16 kilometres away and would make an ideal day trip. Just north of Avignon is the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region for wine lovers as well.
