The Bastide consist of 6 air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms in the main house and in the Annex two additional air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms built in the rock face, accommodate up to 15 people in total

The Bastide consist of an entrance hall leading on one side to the bright and spacious living/library room with circular sofa and access to the terrace and on the other side of the entrance hall dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen & a secondary kitchen with two cellar and a pantry room.  There is a TV room, a bar area and a guest cloakroom with WC. There is an office with high-tech equipment and internet

Outside there is a stunning mature garden with lawns, comfortable easy sitting areas and dinning area under the pergola and a barbecue area with a Plancha Barbecue. A further outdoor relaxation area with mini table football, table tennis.There is an outdoor theatre capable to have open-air cinema.

A heated swimming pool 10m x10m  There is two electric carts at your disposal, a Golfette and a Mehari. The electric Méhari is perfect for exploring the surrounding area, while the golf cart will take you directly to the Manville golf course The Villa concierge will arrange

Subtle blend of charm and modern comfort, the house is located just one minute by foot to the famous restaurant L'Oustau de Baumanière and 3 minutes by car to the 18 holes golf course of Manville and  a boulangerie/ baker just outside the village

 

This area of Provence boasts history and beautiful scenery not only of the Alpilles hills but also of the ruined castle which dominates the landscape surrounding Les Baux de Provence. The castle can be traced back to the 10th century. The local people finally destroyed it in 1632 to bring an end to the centuries of conflicts, revolts, sieges and wars of religion, which had taken, place there. Today, quaint artisan shops and restaurants line the tiny cobbled streets. A wider range of amenities can be found at Mausanne les Alpilles and at St-Remy-de-Provence, birthplace of Nostradamus, both of which are within easy reach of this villa. A 25 minutes drive north from the Bastide is the medieval Papal city of Avignon, now a UNESCO World Heritage site and site of the world' s biggest gothic palace. The city of Arles is just to the south with an impressive Roman arena, once holding 20,000 spectators. This is the gateway to the wetlands of the Camargue with its diverse wildlife ranging from pink flamingos to white horses and black fighting bulls.

For stays in low, medium and high season :
The price includes the following services:
- Villa manager for arrival and concierge requests (8am to 8pm),
- Daily cleaning,
- Delicious continental breakfast (fresh and local),
- Electric car available during your stay.
The villa also offers you the possibility of other additional services, on an optional basis and at an extra cost, such as: the services of a chef, transfers, activities (examples: exclusive visit to a Camargue manade, horse riding, guided tour of Arles, workshop with a blacksmith, mountain bike outings in the Alpilles, strolls through Provencal markets, immersion in the Carrières de Lumières, Via Ferrata).

For stays in very high season:
The price includes the same services as for the rest of the year as well as the following:
- Chef 6 days a week (10 hours a day - Food and beverages are excluded, groceries are extra),
- Housekeeping 8 hours a day (overnight preparation service on request).

The property can also host your events (outdoor only - up to 80 people). A tailor-made offer will be made for this type of request and the services of an event agency or wedding planner will be required.
Please note that if you are planning an event, we recommend that you hire a marquee, and that noise pollution should be kept to a minimum in the evenings (as the villa is on a rocky hillside).
