Mas La Toulobre & Annex is a stylish, Mas near Aix-en-Provence set in the quite location with 1 hectare of parkland and just 10 kilometres from the center of Aix en Provence with 4 bedrooms and bathrooms in the Mas and in the Annex with its separate entrance at the back with 3 bedrooms & bathrooms accommodating up to 14 guests in total

The Mas 450m² with an Annex is on two levels, on the ground floor there is entrance hall leading a cosy living room with open-fire place several sofas, TV and door to the garden. From the living room two steps down to the dinning room.

A fully equipped farmhouse kitchen with stone sink and a fireplace with a refectory large table perfect for a family breakfast

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a Queen size 160cm bed and a twin bedrooms with two 90cm beds each

On the upper floor two further bedrooms with a Queen size 160cm bed the master bedroom 100m²  and a further fourth bedroom again with Queen size bed 160cm

There are three bathrooms with baths and one shower room

The Annex which can be rented separately or as a whole entity with the Mas is a semi attached house to the Mas and not overlooked  has its own kitchen, living room with sofas & armchairs and large window with access to the garden and a dinning area.

Outside there is a parkland with garden of 1 hectare with lawn, with a private pool 15m x 6m & pool house with outdoor shower, the pool is secured by an alarm, 3 steps on the side, depth from 1.20 to 2m

The beautiful tree-lined avenues of the university town of Aix-en-Provence are less than 8 kilometres away from this villa near Aix-en-Provence, with lots of shops and restaurants, heritage sites and museums dedicated to the many famous artists who have flocked to this area. 
Aix is the birthplace of Cezanne, and his greatest inspiration was Mont Sainte Victoir, which is clearly seen from this villa near Aix-en-Provence. In 1958, Pablo Picasso, himself inspired by the works of Cezanne, bought the Chateau de Vauvenargues at the foot of Mont Sainte Victoire and this became his resting place upon his death in 1973. The chateau has recently been opened to the public in the summer months.
