The Mas 450m² with an Annex is on two levels, on the ground floor there is entrance hall leading a cosy living room with open-fire place several sofas, TV and door to the garden. From the living room two steps down to the dinning room.

The Annex which can be rented separately or as a whole entity with the Mas is a semi attached house to the Mas and not overlooked has its own kitchen, living room with sofas & armchairs and large window with access to the garden and a dinning area.

Aix is the birthplace of Cezanne, and his greatest inspiration was Mont Sainte Victoir, which is clearly seen from this villa near Aix-en-Provence. In 1958, Pablo Picasso, himself inspired by the works of Cezanne, bought the Chateau de Vauvenargues at the foot of Mont Sainte Victoire and this became his resting place upon his death in 1973. The chateau has recently been opened to the public in the summer months.

This handsome Mas is just a short drive from the beautiful town of Aix-en-Provence. It’s fantastic being only half an hour by car from Marseille Airport 32 km and even closer to Aix-en-Provence’s TGV train station 22 km with fast services to and from Paris/Brussels.
