The house consist of large open plan living room with TV and access to the terrace and pool, dining area, a small study with desk and a modern fully equipped kitchen with American bar counter. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms/ bathrooms on the ground floor and a further bedroom with bathroom on the upper floor accommodating in total up to 6 guests

 

Maison Vert with its lush south-facing garden, it exudes a personality that harmonises with the house.

Access from the living room on to a large pergola terrace with comfy seating sofa and chairs area including a dining table for al-fresco eating with a gas barbecue, descending across the well mature garden with lawn towards the pool area with the Heated 9m x 11m swimming pool & the fully equipped pool house with fridge and sink. Large sundeck with sun-beds and parasols and a lawn are with a fountain with water channel   to the flower beds.

There is ample parking with electric gates to enter the property

 

Walking distance from the house 1 kilometres you are in the center of the charming village of Maussane-les-Alpilles which is a typical colourful bustling Provencal Village with lots of ambiance has all the amenities, boulangeries, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, shops and a weekly market on Thursday providing an opportunity to discover local products.

Just a little further Saint Remy de Provence is a lively charming classical little town capital of the Alpilles, it has all the amenities, boulangeries, little boutiques, quaint pavement cafes and excellent restaurants, its winding cobbled lanes you will discover the small squares, historic buildings, churches and museums and on Wednesday the colourful weekly market will offer the opportunity to discover local products and handicrafts which is a must to see.

 

The landscape in this region is particularly picturesque, encompassing rolling hills dotted with quaint hilltop villages and countless hiking trails, extensive sunflower fields, olive groves. This region is steep with history with plenty of sites to visit such as Les Baux de Provence is considered 'one of the most beautiful villages in France, Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès and the are other towns you can easily visit in a day, and at only 45 minutes' drive and to the east is the Luberon region and further south, Camargue’s unique wetland populated by pink flamingos and wild horses.

Guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival, extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged against the Security Deposit
