Outside there is a large terrace with sun lounger and pool with views. To the back of the house there is a garden and another small terrace with dining are idea for breakfast/ lunches. On the first floor there is a small terraces with seating area.
There is private parking for three cars but please note access to the property is via a steep drive.
This village house is in the centre of Ramatuelle with it’s many restaurants and shops and galleries, the evenings are very much alive with people dining and strolling along the pave streets enjoying the atmosphere. Every Thursday & Sunday there is a local market and in August there is the Ramatuelle Music Festival with different concerts in the open air amphitheatre.
St Tropez is just a 12 minutes drive, there are many restaurants, cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone need, as well as the large colourful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.
Nearby with 5 to 20 minutes drive there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, La Garde Freinet & Plan de la Tour just to name just a few.
