The property Villa Luce is located only 3 km from the village of San Gimignano, and seats amid its own vineyards, olive groves and woods, for a total of about 14 hectares of land - 35 acres – in a quiet and secluded little valley. The Villas location is really quiet and offers great privacy, but is at the same time in a walking distance from the village.

Villa Luce consists of a main house that can sleep eight persons plus a guest house, which is only a few meters far from the house and can sleep two persons.
Villa Luce is smartly furnished, with antique furniture, old carpets and precious objects, still with great attention to the country feeling of an old stone house plunged in the most typical Tuscan landscape, and great attention has been taken to guest comfort in all the house.

At the ground floor of the main house, enriched with beautiful clay barrel- vaults, there is a large living room with an old stone fireplace, a dining room with two wide windows overlooking the garden and furnished with a table for 10, a large kitchen fully equipped at the best quality level – fridge and freezer, gas burner, oven, dish washing machine, microwave
oven – a TV room with large screen TV and stereo, and a rest room. At the ground floor there is also a laundry room with washing machine and a dryer and a bathroom with WC.


On the first floor, accessible through internal stone staircase, there are two suites and two sleeping rooms, all with en-suite bathroom, two with shower and two with bath. All the rooms are independently air-conditioned.

The Annex dependence is also very comfortable, complete exclusivity, with one double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Outside in front of the house there is an infinity swimming pool of 14 x 7 meters with a variable depth from 1,20 metres to 2 meters, overlooking the vineyards. Between the house and the pool there is a large and comfortable place for dinner “al fresco“. Vineyards and olive grove are in production, and in autumn the guests can be present at the vintage.
