This is a typical farmhouse from the early 1900s, immersed in the Lucca countryside surrounded by greenery and the scent of olive groves with a panoramic private swimming pool.
The location of Casa La Furbina is undoubtedly strategic thanks to its proximity to the beautiful and historic city of Lucca, in the heart of Tuscany, and also to the nearby amenities which are all situated just a few kilometres away. The city of Lucca is a place famous for the many nuances of food and wine, cultural and artistic history which includes such names as Puccini, Barsanti and Matteucci, Viani and others.

The house has been recently renovated by the current owners, keeping intact the charm of Tuscan farmhouses thanks to the recovery and use of materials originating from these areas such as beams, rafters and stones.
An equipped portico forms a backdrop and is ideal for enjoying dinners under the typical summer stars, It overlooks a private swimming pool which is perfect for hot summer days.

The house is completed by the view over the plain of Lucca and the characteristic and charming small town of Castelvecchio.
Ideal for families with children looking for a holiday with all amenities and in complete relaxation.

The house is over two floors connected by a stone staircase of 18 steps. The entrance on the ground floor opens onto a living room with sofas and TV, an equipped kitchen with access to the portico and a typical dining area with a spacious table for six people. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are double and one has twin beds. Two further bathrooms with a shower are available for our guests.

Outside there is a comfortable covered wooden patio for outdoor dinners and lunches close to the pool and to a relaxation zone equipped with sun beds, chairs and umbrellas.
A barbecue is located next to the house, ideal for barbecuing during the summer! The house is open from the last Saturday of May to the first Saturday of October. The enclosed swimming pool is located at the front of the house and is clearly visible from it. The pool is covered in PVC, it is rectangular in shape and measures 5x10m and it has a fixed depth of 1m40.
It has a chlorine purification system which is accessed internally via a Roman staircase. The swimming pool is equipped with sun beds, deck chairs and sun umbrellas so that you can spend long days in the sun in complete relaxation.
