Wonderful house on the seafront with a 180 degree view, located between the beaches of Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell on the Costa Brava with panoramic sea views from most of the rooms and terraces! 

La Marineda is completely renovated and perfectly combines stately charm with modernity and comfort within the 3 levels

The entrance to the house consists of a large living room with fireplace and dining area with spectacular sea views from which we have direct access to a terrace with chill-out area and a covered outdoor dining area, from where we can enjoy fantastic views of the sea and the authentic landscape of the Costa Brava. Right next door we have a fantastic master suite that also invites to enjoy wonderful views from all sides of the room. It also has a nice sitting area overlooking the terrace and a private bathroom with shower. On the same level there is a big independent kitchen fully equipped with access to the laundry area.

Going down the first stairs we find a second master suite that offers wonderful sea views and has a large seating area from which there is an access to a terrace and a private bathroom with shower.

Going down the second stairs we find a spacious and cosy living room with TV and exit to a fantastic terrace from where we can have an access to the night area and a single room with sea views decorated in Mediterranean style, a double room also overlooking the sea, a room with bunk beds and a second double room. There are also 2 bathrooms: one is with bath and a separate WC and another one with shower.

On the lower floor on the swimming pool level there is a nice and typical summer living-dining area with access to the terrace where we can enjoy the sun of the Costa Brava sunbathing or swimming in the private pool 12 x 4.5m with sea water. It´s a unique property and ideal for family gatherings. The villa is surrounded by terraces with spectacular sea views and has direct access to the sea!
