This lovely mature and part stone clad house is set in lovely gardens in the heart of Cala San Vicente with superb views to the surrounding mountains and famous cliffs of the Cavall Bernat.

Inside the house there is a very spacious open plan living room & dining area split into two levels. From here there is access to the two large terraces and garden.

There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and this follows through to the laundry room. A passageway from the entrance leads to the bedrooms at the rear, one double en-suite with shower and the other two are twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. All bedrooms benefit of A/C units.

There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the garage and up to a mezzanine level that is not accessible.
